If your loved ones or Medical Decision Makers are ever in a situation where they might need to make medical decisions for you, it's important that they've learned what's important to you in advance. Your Clinical Navigator might want to review your care preferences with your loved ones or your Medical Decision Maker to ensure they're aware of your wishes and can be your best advocate. Having these conversations also reduces stress and guilt for loved ones at those critical moments, so it's a great thing to do.
