If you don’t get dialysis, the toxins will not be cleaned from your blood and will build up in your body. You will feel more sick, with symptoms like vomiting, weakness, shortness of breath, and swelling. Eventually, you may become unconscious and you will die naturally due to your heart not functioning properly. This process may take weeks. Patients can be given medications during this time to make this process more comfortable.,
